This contribution offers an overview of the procedural reform of the Justice system in recent years, focusing on efficiency, and shows how procedural rights have been undergoing—in the desperate search for procedural, organizational, and digital efficiency (currently)—a development diametrically opposed to that of subjective rights. This contribution focuses on the autonomy of will, whose purposes are at the heart of substantive legislation and at the edges of procedural legislation.
