Abstract

The Ninth Additional Provision of Organic Law 1/2025, of January 2, addresses the integration of restorative justice into criminal proceedings, relying heavily on plea bargaining, with the advantage that both respond to consensus as the fundamental core of their development, from whose perspective the analysis of this novel regulation will be focused.
